As the Obama Administration gets going on reforming education
,  U.S. Secretary of Education, Arnie Duncan is granting interviews on CNN and giving us a better idea of what the administration sees as concerns and issues for NCLB.

Portland school board member Bobbie Regan writes in the Oregonian about the message she and 1,000 school board members delivered on Capitol Hill today as part of the National School Board Association's Legislative Efforts this month.

She acknowledges the benefits of NCLB and talks about the need for school reform—but that doesn’t stop her from holding policymakers’ feet to the fire!

Here's an interesting post on Slate from a year ago regarding No Child Left Behind legislation.  It includes a "Fix-It List" for Education in the U.S..

It's kind of like a "honey-do" list for Spring and it is fitting that it is published on April Fools Day...
